Introduction to Electromagnetic flowmeter

        Electromagnetic flowmeter is a flowmeter that measures flow according to Faraday's law of electromagnetic induction. The advantages of electromagnetic flowmeters are minimal pressure loss and a wide range of measurable flow rates. The ratio of the maximum flow to the minimum flow is usually greater than 20:1. The applicable industrial pipe has a wide diameter, up to 3 meters. The output signal has a linear relationship with the measured flow rate, with high accuracy. The conductivity can be measured ≥5μs/cm. The fluid flow of acids, alkalis, salt solutions, water, sewage, corrosive liquids, and mud, pulp, paper pulp, etc.

1, the measurement is not affected by fluid density, viscosity, temperature, pressure and conductivity changes;

7, the flowmeter is a two-way measurement system, equipped with three integrators: forward total, reverse total and difference total;  Can display positive and reverse flow, and has a variety of output: current, pulse, digital communication, HART;  

8, the converter adopts surface mounting technology (SMT), with self-test and self-diagnosis function;  

9, the measurement accuracy is not affected by fluid density, viscosity, temperature, pressure and conductivity changes, sensor induced voltage signal and average flow rate is linear, so the measurement accuracy is high.  

10. Measure open flow parts in the pipeline, so there is no additional pressure loss;  The sensor has a long life because there are no moving parts in the pipeline.  

11. Because the induced voltage signal is formed in the entire space filled with magnetic field and is the average of the load surface of the pipe, the straight pipe section required by the sensor is shorter, 5 times the diameter of the pipe.
